Qatar's Emir Heard Herzog at Conference
According to sources, Emir Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, listened to a speech by Israeli President Isaac Herzog during an international conference in Azerbaijan. The conference was attended by delegations from Palestine, Turkey, and Iran, while diplomatic relations with Qatar are severed. Meanwhile, representatives from Bahrain and the UAE remained in the hall. The presence of Qatar's Emir is considered significant due to Doha's mediating role in sensitive regional issues, especially given the absence of diplomatic relations between Qatar and Israel.
