Settlers attack olive harvesters and set vehicles ablaze
Today, Friday, settlers attacked Palestinian olive pickers and farmers in the town of Turmusaya north of Ramallah, setting three Palestinian vehicles on fire. They also carried out an attack in the villages of Abu Falah and Burqa near Ramallah. Additionally, settlers stole a tractor and an olive harvest from Burqa’s lands. Palestinian organizations and the Israeli army documented 136 assaults on the olive harvest season since the beginning of October, including beating, arson, theft, and harming, reflecting an escalation of attacks since the start of the Israeli aggression against Gaza in October 2023, according to United Nations reports.
