Gaza airstrike injures 5 and damages homes
Five Palestinians were killed, including some seriously wounded, as a result of an Israeli drone strike on the Sheikh Radan neighborhood north of Gaza. This comes amid an Israeli military escalation that includes artillery shelling, house demolitions, and shooting attacks in various parts of the Gaza Strip. Operations have been concentrated in eastern, central, and southern Gaza, targeting displaced persons' tents and causing extensive damage to homes, including the collapse of part of a house due to ongoing explosions. This reflects the worsening of the difficult humanitarian situation faced by the residents, in the context of a continued military escalation that endangers civilians' lives and increases their suffering.
