Bora'a Abu Khadijah worries for her unborn in prison
Bertha Abu Khadijah, who is five months pregnant, is facing harsh detention conditions in Damoon Prison amidst an Israeli escalation in Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa. Over 1,291 settlers stormed the area within a week, with ongoing expansion of passages and increased incursions to impose a new reality. Israeli violations in Gaza are also intensifying, with the continued closure of Rafah crossing and hundreds of victims among martyrs and injuries resulting from strikes and assaults by occupation forces, reflecting a military escalation and Palestinian protests. Meanwhile, nutrition experts are calling for avoiding white bread and rice to reduce health risks.
