The Houthi-run Ministry of Health said seven civilians were wounded in Saudi-led coalition airstrikes in Hodeidah governorate on Sunday: four at the Ras Isa port dock and three at an oil company facility in Bajil district. The coalition said it had carried out a “precision operation to neutralize vital resources” used by the Houthis, while Houthi media reported that a commercial vessel and the Faculty of Medicine at Hodeidah University had been targeted. Hodeidah port is a main entry point for food and humanitarian aid into Houthi-controlled areas, and is also used to import and store oil.
