Qamat Opens Baqa Center
The Qamat Foundation for Documenting the Palestinian Struggle has opened its media and documentation center, “Baqa,” with support from the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development and a contribution from the American Friends Service Committee (Quakers). The center includes a studio for filming, editing, and media production. It aims to produce documentation and public-awareness materials, empower and train Palestinian youth, and provide them with employment opportunities—all in support of the sustainability of the foundation’s projects.
