Jordan Cable Plant Opens
The factory of the Private Company for Cable Industries (PCIC) has opened in the Qastal area in partnership with the Manaseer Group. The industrial investment aims to strengthen local manufacturing and expand the presence of Jordanian products in the market. The factory covers 6,000 square metres, represents an investment of 10 million dinars, and has 13 production lines with a capacity of 450 tonnes per month. It produces a range of cables and wires, including standard, armoured, fire-resistant, power and mining cables, to meet the needs of the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors.
