Low Pressure Impact Times
The Kingdom of Jordan will be gradually affected on Friday, November 6, 2026, by the season’s first classified low-pressure system, rated Category 2. Temperatures will drop, with rain starting in the north and at times extending to the central region and parts of Karak and Tafila. Rain may be heavy and accompanied by thunder and hail, increasing the risk of water accumulation, wadis overflowing and flash floods, especially in low-lying areas and the Jordan Valley. Residents have therefore been urged to watch out for slippery roads and flooding.
