A report by *Makor Rishon* said that new Israeli instructions call for an end to advance notification to Palestinian security services of arrest operations, weapons searches and sweeps in villages in the West Bank under Palestinian Authority control. The decision applies only to advance notice of these operations; it does not mean that security coordination is ending altogether, nor does it cover all movements by Israeli forces or their entry into areas under Palestinian Authority control.
