Legislation Drafting Body

The Council of Ministers in Qatar has approved a Draft Amiri Resolution to organize the drafting of legislation, aimed at improving the process of preparing and reviewing government legal drafts, developing legislative work, and strengthening governance to keep pace with future developments. It also approved a Draft Resolution to regulate the signing of treaties and international agreements, with the goal of enhancing signing and accession procedures and strengthening the follow-up on the implementation of agreements to ensure the greatest benefit from them.
