Doha Historical Dictionary Signs Pact

The Doha Historical Dictionary of the Arabic Language signed a memorandum of understanding with Gaziantep Islamic University for Science and Technology in Turkey, aiming to develop scientific research in the field of the Arabic language and to enhance the use of digital linguistic resources in higher education. The agreement includes implementing joint research projects, organizing workshops and seminars, and developing curricula using the dictionary's resources, in addition to training students and researchers on how to employ the dictionary in analysis and research. During the signing ceremony, a commemorative plaque was also presented to Dr. Shaikhmus Demir, and the importance of the dictionary in documenting the evolution of the Arabic language from the 5th century AH until today was highlighted.
