Bahrain urges UN to stop Iran attacks

Bahrain confirmed that the Iranian missile and drone attacks targeting vital areas and residential zones since February 28 represent a continuous series of assaults, resulting in the deaths of three civilians and injuries to 465 others. These attacks included an assault on an ammonia tank inside a petrochemical company. Bahrain called on the Security Council to require Iran to immediately cease these assaults and to address them through an effective accountability mechanism, emphasizing the Council's responsibility to maintain peace and Bahrain’s right to defend its sovereignty.
