Iraqi forces launch three airstrikes on ISIS targets in the north
The Iraqi forces launched three airstrikes on ISIS positions between Kirkuk and Erbil provinces in northern Iraq, aiming to target the militants holed up there. This comes after the announcement of the death of one of the group's members in a security operation near Altun Kopri. The troops continue to pursue remnants of the organization and dismantle its cells across various provinces to prevent armed attacks against security forces.
