The Ministry of Labour in Qatar has launched the first phase of the "Mowain" platform, which aims to organize and facilitate the recruitment of domestic workers in a comprehensive and transparent manner. This is achieved through a smart digital system that monitors all stages of recruitment, from the initial request to the worker’s arrival at work. The platform enables users to select workers easily and securely, provides transparent evaluations of recruitment agencies to ensure service quality, and monitors data and procedures in real-time to enhance governance and transparency. The Ministry emphasizes that all recruitment services are exclusively available through the official platform only. This step is part of efforts to improve workforce efficiency, protect workers’ rights, and align with Qatar National Vision 2030, fostering sustainability and digital development in the human resources sector.
