Hamad Airport hosts Vibrancy Studio
Hamad International Airport has launched the "Vibrancy and Activity Studio" event in the Oryx Garden indoors, aimed at helping travelers relieve fatigue and muscle soreness caused by travel. The event features 20-minute guided sessions that combine breathing exercises, stretching, and movement on a red light therapy mat, supervised by expert trainers. The sessions are available for travelers aged 18 and above from September 6th to October 25th. The garden spans an area of 6,000 square meters and includes more than 300 trees and 35,000 plants, creating a natural, relaxing environment that reflects the beauty of nature—enhancing travelers’ comfort and well-being and making transit periods more rejuvenating. This initiative is part of the airport’s efforts to promote comfort and health experiences for travelers throughout their journeys.
