Nine Palestinians hurt in Gaza shelling
Israeli forces continue to bombard the Gaza Strip, with airstrikes on Khan Younis and Beit Lahiya leaving 9 Palestinians injured and damaging property, despite the ceasefire announced since October 2023. Since the escalation began on October 7, the death toll has risen to over 73,783 martyrs and 174,738 wounded, as Israeli military operations persist. This ongoing tension persists despite the ceasefire agreement that went into effect under an American initiative, amid deteriorating humanitarian conditions and the impact of the operations on civilians in the sector.
