Ukrainian Leader Reports Massive Drone and Missile Attacks
The article reports that over the past week, Russia launched more than 1,900 attack drones, 1,700 air bombs, and 25 missiles targeting Ukraine. These strikes resulted in the destruction of residential buildings and critical infrastructure facilities, leading to power outages and injuries, including the death of a person in an attack on a warehouse in Sumy. The assaults also targeted bridges and communication facilities in Kyiv, with similar operations continuing through the night. This is all part of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war that began in February 2022, amidst international efforts to halt the fighting.
