Coalition Launches Strait Security Operation
The coalition forces, in support of the legitimacy in Yemen, carried out a military operation in Al Hudaydah Governorate aimed at protecting maritime navigation security in the Bab al-Mandab Strait. The operation resulted in the destruction of military targets belonging to the Houthi militias, including weapons depots, fuel warehouses, and inflatable boat storage facilities, as well as naval mines. Additionally, the forces thwarted an imminent attack plan targeting the waterways south of the Red Sea. The operation successfully reduced the threats facing maritime traffic in the region.
