IFJ urges support for Gaza journalists
The article focused on the International Federation of Journalists' call to facilitate the evacuation of injured and sick journalists from Gaza. Over the past three years, Israelis have killed hundreds of journalists and wounded dozens, despite a ceasefire that has not stopped the destruction and bloodshed. The federation urged governments to allow foreign journalists to enter and to provide external medical treatment for them, reminding everyone of the need to protect civilians and media personnel amid the escalating humanitarian crisis in Gaza and the challenges facing the healthcare system due to fuel shortages.
