Settlers enter Al-Aqsa under military guard
Dozens of settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of Israeli forces, carrying out repeated incursions into the site amid tight security measures. These assaults are part of a limited escalation by the settlers and have heightened tensions in the area, drawing condemnation from the Palestinian side, which considers them an attempt to violate Islamic holy sites. The article does not specify the exact number of settlers or precise timing of the incursions, but it emphasizes the ongoing tension in the Old City and at Al-Aqsa Mosque in light of the Israeli escalation.
