Seven Local Tourism Games
Participants in the “Your Game Is My Idea” hackathon created seven electronic games and projects to support local tourism, drawing inspiration from sports, heritage and Qatari identity. The hackathon was organized by Qatar Youth Hostels in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology’s Studio 5 program, from October 25 to 28, 2026. It brought together young people aged 15 to 18, and this edition focused on Doha’s hosting of the 2036 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
