Ehsan's Katara Gathering
The Ihsan Center for the Empowerment and Care of Older Persons held a cultural gathering at the Majlis of Esteemed Elders in Katara, titled “The Busy Retiree: How Can I Find Happiness Through Giving?” The session was led by researcher Abdulaziz Al-Buhashim Al-Sayed. The gathering explored ways to achieve happiness and balance personal aspirations with life’s demands. It also presented a roadmap to personal fulfilment built around six areas: family and social relationships; values, faith and conduct; health and well-being; work, achievement and giving; learning and developing one’s abilities; and financial stability and resource management.
