GSMA Director General Vivek Badrinath said Qatar had built a strong foundation for its digital ambitions through investments in mobile networks, fibre optics, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and data. He said the next challenge was to turn those investments into sustainable economic and social value by developing local talent, supporting businesses, and strengthening cooperation with institutions and entrepreneurs.
