On 6 November, the General Cultural Village Foundation «Katara» in Doha held a seminar titled “Building a Career in the Arts: Discover Your Own Path,” in partnership with the British Council and Art Connect, as part of the educational programme for the Young Art Awards. Participants shared their experiences, stressing that there are many paths in the arts and no single formula for success. Building a career requires passion, talent, discipline and a commitment to lifelong learning. The seminar also explored the challenges facing young artists, including dealing with criticism and rejection, and highlighted the importance of building professional networks and embracing international experiences, digital platforms and technology to reach wider audiences.
