Russian and Ukrainian clashes cause casualties
The clashes between Russia and Ukraine are escalating, resulting in the deaths of civilians and injuries to others in border areas and within Russian territory. The region has experienced Ukrainian shelling of border regions, which has led to casualties and injuries among civilians. Russian cities have also been targeted by drone attacks, causing injuries to three people and damage to industrial facilities. Ukraine responded with a drone attack on the Sumy region, killing one woman and injuring another, as well as injuring three people in a separate attack on the Mykolaiv area. These military actions continue to intensify amid the absence of political solutions to end the conflict that has lasted for over four years.
