Qatar Attends Paris Civil Society Conference
Qatar participated in the Paris International Conference on Civil Society Organizations and the Two-State Solution, held in Paris. The delegation was represented by the Minister of State for International Cooperation, Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad. The conference aims to support a political settlement for the Palestinian issue by updating the "Paris Call" and highlighting five main areas: enhancing security, providing humanitarian aid to Gaza, activating the two-state solution, supporting the peace discourse, and deepening regional cooperation. Qatar's participation comes as part of international efforts to advance the peace process and support Palestinian rights. This initiative is also a preparatory step for G7 meetings and the adoption of outcomes from the UN Conference on the Two-State Solution.
