Roads Authority removes 48.4 million cubic meters of sand from road rights-of-way in 2025

The authority also employed modern technologies, such as advanced robots, to clean roads of sand and debris—reducing the need for human intervention and enhancing safety and quality standards. The authority aspires to achieve a sixth-place global ranking in road quality by 2030 and to decrease fatalities resulting from traffic accidents.
