Detention of 12 Recruitment Offices for Violating Recruitment Practices and Employment Regulations

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced the seizure of 12 recruitment offices for violating the regulations governing the practice of recruitment activities and the provision of labor services during the second quarter of 2026. As a result, the activities of 5 offices were stopped, and licenses were revoked from 7 others due to failure to correct the violations within the specified timeframe. The violations included delays in returning due funds and failing to address customer complaints. The ministry emphasized its ongoing monitoring of their performance and the enforcement of legal penalties against them. It also urged beneficiaries to use the "Musaned" electronic contracting platform and to report any violations through the unified number or the app.
