Petak Investment and Logistics Business Company announced that the Administrative Enforcement Court has suspended the enforcement of a ruling against its affiliate, Smart Cities Solutions for Communications and Information Technology. The amount involved is 42.21 million SAR, including taxes. This decision comes after the subsidiary filed an objection before the Supreme Administrative Court against the enforcement document, based on Article 4 of the Executive Regulations of the Enforcement Law. This article permits suspension of enforcement procedures in cases where a pending appeal may affect the enforcement document. As a result, the enforcement request submitted by the Qassim Region Municipality has been stayed until the appeal is resolved, with no current financial impact or additional costs.
