The Abdullah Al-Othaim Investment Group has launched a comprehensive development project for King Fahd Park in Taif, called "Al Othaim Hills." The project is set to invest 310 million riyals on an area of nearly 250,000 square meters. Its goal is to revitalize the park and transform it into an integrated tourism and entertainment destination that combines entertainment areas, parks, hotels, and outdoor traditional areas, while preserving a part of the old park covering 98,000 square meters. The project features over 30 amusement rides, 50 restaurants and cafes, a hotel with 115 rooms, hotel apartments, as well as facilities for pedestrians and parking lots. It is expected to be opened in three phases, with work continuing on the second and third phases. "Al Othaim Hills" is among the largest tourism projects in Taif, aimed at attracting visitors and fostering economic development. The project is also anticipated to create 430 job opportunities.
