Lebanese President Joseph Aoun clarified that Lebanon is committed to implementing the framework agreement. However, he warned that Israeli practices, including the destruction of homes and the bulldozing of villages in the south, constitute direct violations of human rights and breach international laws, necessitating international action to halt them. He also emphasized that Israel targets religious and cultural sites, which highlights malicious intentions against civilians and non-military properties, and hampers the implementation of the agreement as well as efforts towards return and stability in the region.
