GCC Supports Saudi Security
The Gulf Cooperation Council strongly condemned the ongoing terrorist attacks against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by Iran-backed militias in Iraq. It reminded that these attacks constitute a serious escalation that threatens Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty and security, as well as that of the region. The Council called for standing in support of Saudi Arabia and backing all measures it takes to protect its security and stability. It emphasized that continued attacks threaten regional peace and security and hinder the international community's efforts to achieve stability.
