Al-Masafi ends MOU with AGR Energy
The Saudi Refining Company (SARCO) announced the termination of the non-binding Memorandum of Understanding that it had with Clean Energy and AGR - Renewable Energy, without reaching a final agreement. The memorandum aimed to explore the possibility of purchasing a green ammonia plant that was planned to be established in Jazan, in order to enhance the company's capabilities in the renewable energy market. The company confirmed that there are no legal or financial obligations resulting from this termination and that it does not affect its financial position or its operational results.
