The coach of Al-Ahly Club, German Matiäs Jaissleh, left the club without completing the necessary legal procedures despite his contract still being valid. He suddenly moved to assume his coaching duties at Newcastle United, the English club owned by the Public Investment Fund, without any official announcement regarding the end of his relationship with Al-Ahly. This action constitutes a breach of professional contracts and puts the club in a sensitive legal and administrative position, especially with the upcoming season approaching. It calls for a clarification of the true status of the contract termination—whether through its cancellation or the payment of the termination clause—to protect the club's rights and reputation and to prevent similar incidents in the future. The fans have the right to know the full picture.
