During a meeting in Jordan supporting Jerusalem, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan stated that all unilateral measures such as settlements and land confiscations are null and void, and do not create any legal rights in the city. He emphasized that protecting Jerusalem is essential to achieving a just peace, and condemned all Israeli violations aimed at altering its legal and historical status. He also denounced military attacks in Gaza that undermine peace efforts. The prince called on the international community to work to halt violations and protect holy sites, while reaffirming Saudi Arabia’s ongoing efforts, in partnership with the international community, to promote dialogue and coexistence among religions. He underlined that Jerusalem is a city of peace and coexistence, not conflict.
