Financial Authority approves 'International Commercial' and 'Halan' for fund subscriptions

The General Authority for Financial Supervision in Egypt has issued two approvals to license both Commercial International Securities Brokerage Company and Halan to receive and execute buy and redemption operations for open-ended investment fund units, in accordance with legal regulations. The licenses became effective from their date of issuance, and the Authority confirmed that Halan has met all licensing requirements and obtained approval from its Board of Directors. This measure aims to regulate subscriptions to fund units and to enhance the activities of financial brokerage firms in the Egyptian market.
