Assessment updates modify fellowship rules
The Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers "Taqyeem" has approved an update to the General Rules Policy for the Fellowship Certificate, aimed at improving the quality of professional qualification and strengthening regulatory procedures. The updates include organizing experience requirements, developing mechanisms for documenting and accrediting them, as well as defining discussion requirements for each specialization. Additionally, procedural improvements have been introduced to enhance efficiency. The amendments allow members holding "Associate" or "Candidate Associate" memberships before June 29, 2026, to choose the appropriate pathway. The updates will also apply to new members. The authority emphasizes that these revisions are intended to provide a more flexible and equitable regulatory framework.
