Al-Faz'a: Saudi approach heals global wounds
Today, on Humanitarian Work Day, a reminder was given of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's role as an active partner in supporting humanitarian efforts. Its humanitarian assistance has exceeded $141 billion, reaching over 175 countries. The focus has been on targeted interventions, such as the Saudi program for separating conjoined twins, which performed 66 complex surgeries. Additionally, widespread volunteer efforts contributed to more than 236,000 free procedures. This generosity reflects the deeply rooted culture of helping within Saudi society, which, through Saudi Vision 2030, has transformed into an institutional and sustainable approach that enhances relief efforts with the satisfaction and dignity of those benefited.
