The Ministry of Sports announced the commencement of transferring 25% of the ownership of non-profit organizations affiliated with Al-Ittihad, Al-Ahli, Al-Hilal, and Al-Nassr clubs to the Public Investment Fund. The boards of directors of these organizations have been dissolved. This step is part of the second phase of the plan to transform club ownership towards a model focused on investment attractiveness and corporate governance, with the aim of enhancing their sustainability and long-term growth. It also aligns with the objectives of the investment and privatization projects for sports clubs.
