The Al-Hilal Club issued an official statement regarding the company's situation following the decision by the Ministry of Sports to transfer 25% of the shares of non-profit clubs to the Public Investment Fund, which resulted in the dissolution of the nonprofit club’s board of directors. The statement confirmed that the board’s term, chaired by Prince Nawaf bin Saad, has been extended for 90 days starting from July 17, 2026, to continue its strategic and supervisory duties over the company's operations and contracts, with any future developments to be announced as necessary.
