The article discusses transforming the "Ehsan" platform for charitable work into an independent non-profit organization, with the goal of enhancing governance and transparency, and expanding its authority to ensure that donations reach those in need more effectively. A Board of Trustees has been formed, headed by Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, aimed at increasing donors' trust and ensuring sustainability, while maintaining the impressive figures of over 440 million donation transactions totaling 17 billion Riyals over more than five years. This transformation is intended to enable the organization to improve services and diversify donation opportunities, while also boosting confidence and achieving the goals of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. Importantly, there will be no immediate changes to payment mechanisms or new fees, and the platform will continue to operate normally.
