Oversight Authority Reverses Student Suspension
The Court of Grievances canceled the disciplinary decision to suspend a university student for two semesters after he filed a complaint against the course instructor, as it was found that the complaint did not substantiate the alleged incident. This led to the annulment of the penalty to ensure the legality of administrative and disciplinary decisions and their subjecting to judicial oversight.
