Reel Investment and Development Company intends to hold an extraordinary general assembly meeting on September 13, 2026, to discuss amending its Articles of Incorporation, particularly the article related to the company's management. The proposed change includes extending the term of the first board of directors appointed by the founders from four to five years, while maintaining subsequent board term cycles of no more than four years. The goal is to enhance management stability and align with the requirements of the upcoming phase. Approval of the amendments requires the presence of shareholders holding at least fifty percent of the company's shares. Shareholders will also be able to vote remotely starting September 9, 2026.
