Choosing between family warmth and homeland security
The article highlights the importance of the orphan care system in the Kingdom, where the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development believes in comprehensive sponsorship based on precise organization and both financial and moral support for sponsoring institutions and families. This care includes simple procedures through an electronic platform and provides monthly allowances of up to 2,000 riyals for children under six and 3,000 riyals thereafter, in addition to a reward of 20,000 riyals upon the end of sponsorship. The ministry also offers support for education, health, and marriage, with the goal of building psychological and social stability for the sheltered child. This is part of a national vision that emphasizes society's responsibility to provide a safe and stable environment for orphans, reflecting the nation's belief that every child should experience the warmth of family and national security.
