Amwaaj Al-Dawli halts capital increase plan
Amwaj International Company has decided to withdraw its previous proposal to increase the company's capital from 60 million riyals to 80 million riyals through the capitalizing of a portion of retained earnings and issuing free shares to shareholders. This decision was made after reassessing the company's financial position and based on the latest financial statements, which indicated that the accumulated profits balance is no longer sufficient to implement the planned increase.
