July reports: 1718 airline, 153 airport complaints

The General Authority of Civil Aviation has issued the Air Carrier and Airport Performance Rating Index for July 2026, recording a total of 1,718 complaints against airlines and 153 complaints against airports. Saudi Arabian Airlines topped the list with 24 complaints per 100,000 passengers and a resolution rate of 97%. Following closely was Flynas with 41 complaints and a 100% resolution rate. At the airport level, King Khalid International Airport received the fewest complaints, accounting for just 1%, with a 100% resolution rate. Meanwhile, King Abdullah International Airport and Bisha Airport recorded low complaint rates with full resolutions.
