Jeddah Univ to Launch Transit College

Jeddah University plans to establish the first college specialized in Transportation and Logistics, with the first cohort expected to start in 2028. The college will initially.offer a single academic department in December 2026, with three additional departments to be added in 2029, aiming to reach approximately 600 male and female students by 2030. This initiative is part of the university’s efforts to build distinguished national cadres in transportation and supply chain fields, in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 to strengthen its position as a global logistics hub and improve the performance of the national logistics sector.
