Tadawul suspends four parallel market stocks
The Saudi Exchange announced a temporary suspension of trading for four companies listed on the Parallel Market "NOMU" due to their failure to disclose their financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2026, within the regulatory deadline. Trading will be suspended for only one day on September 2, 2026, after which trading will be allowed to resume for twenty sessions starting from September 3. The companies are granted an extension until October 1, 2026, to publish their financial statements. If they do not comply by this deadline, their stocks will be suspended again until full disclosure is made, ensuring market transparency and protecting investors.
