Ministry of Information Unveils "LIP 2026" Tech and Digital Platform
The Ministry of Media focused at the "Liq 2026" events on showcasing the latest developments in digital technology and enhancing the media services system through the launch of the unified "Ikhbar" platform, which consolidates the Ministry’s services, the Saudi News Agency, the General Authority for Media Regulation, and the Radio and Television Authority into a single digital experience developed over 75 days. This initiative aims to improve digital efficiency, optimize spending, and strengthen cybersecurity. Additionally, the Ministry of Media played a significant role by signing strategic agreements with technology companies to advance digital transformation and cybersecurity, and by honoring them for their role in integrating their services into the national "Tawakkalna" app. This reflects its strategy to expand digital solutions and support the development of the media sector within the Kingdom.
