The Human Resources Development Program clarified that retirees and their spouses can register for the program and benefit from the support, provided they meet the eligibility and entitlement criteria. Retirement status does not prevent registration. It was also mentioned that the retirement status is reviewed based on income, assets, and the number of family members. Domestic workers are not registered as dependents. Procedures for asset assessment, such as real estate and vehicles, were explained, along with how to request a virtual appointment reschedule through various channels. The program emphasizes transparency in reviewing data to ensure beneficiaries' eligibility and works to determine the monthly support amount based on updated information.
